Yoga classes

The yoga sessions are rooted in the method of B.K.S. Iyengar. A central aspect of this active form of yoga is the technical refinement in each posture, which both calms and energizes the body-mind system. Props such as belts, blocks, blankets, chairs, and bolsters are used to make the practice more accessible and supportive for all practitioners.
